Want to Request a Family Member for a Green Card?
You’ll want to read this! U.S. Immigration laws allow U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to request legal status for a qualifying family member. The most common example is when…
It very fortunate for the U.S. as a nation, when a non-citizen, competent with abilities, without rank, property, or legal status, pushes herself forward to notice.
“Human’s aren’t universally selfish, but we’ve built plenty of institutions that act that way – immigration law, as refined by the Trump Administration, continues to be the heavyweight champion.”
Immigration laws pulverizes anyone who tries to challenge it. It operates, under this distorted reality that the U.S. is this mythical land, replete with unicorns, peace and acceptance for all.
In reality, the U.S. government has created a false system of education, gathered from books and media created by men on this subject of immigration who, consider all non-citizens to be criminals, strangers to our lands, and unworthy of having a voice. Those arguments serve to reason for the extermination of everything that American citizens have worked towards, the life they have built, and the constitution they so respect, which loudly demands justice for all.
Deporting our brothers, sisters, husbands, and wives, weakens the very constitution and undermines our morality. This isn’t an argument about whether to deport or not to deport; to build a wall, or not to build a wall. This is about affording all a fighting chance within the confines of the legal justice system. Humanity has evolved since the 1930’s, our immigration laws have not. We have grown wiser, and more compassionate, our immigration laws have not. We have outgrown these immigration laws of the past, we deserve reform.
Let’s not be bound by these antiquated laws. The problem isn’t in the immigration courtrooms, it’s in the immigration laws themselves. We have to attack, like a point guard, quickly, precisely, and offensively. Congress needs to hear our call to action. Together, we need to stand and demand #Humanigration.
